Our Policies and Guidelines
DAY OF APPOINTMENT:
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment so that we can ensure you receive the best experience we have to offer. If you are running late, we always appreciate a call letting us know. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
RETURNS AND ADJUSTMENTS:
Our goal is to provide you with beautiful hair that you love. If for some reason we missed the mark, we allow you one week to give us a call and let us know you would like an adjustment to your service. We believe in Bumble and bumble. And we guarantee our retail. If you are not satisfied with a product it can be returned within a week for store credit.
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request 24 hours’ notice. We do require a credit card number in order to book a Concen-Straight or Great Lengths appointment. If these appointments are cancelled within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge half the price of the services to your card. We also require a credit card to book bridal appointments. Our bridal cancellation policy can be found on our bridal page.
We accept tips in the form of cash or a personal check made out directly to the stylist. We understand that this can be inconvenient, but it is to ensure that the stylist receives the full amount that you intend for them.
